BELGOLUX Economic Mission to Sri Lanka 2027 🇱🇰
The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Belgium, in collaboration with the BELGOLUX Sri Lanka Business Council (BLSBC), invites businesses, investors, entrepreneurs and institutional representatives from Belgium and Luxembourg to register their interest in joining the Second BELGOLUX Economic Mission to Sri Lanka – January 2027.
Organised in conjunction with Sri Lanka Expo 2027 (14–17 January), this mission offers a strategic opportunity to explore Sri Lanka’s emerging business potential, establish valuable commercial partnerships and engage directly with government institutions, industry leaders and prospective business partners.
Mission Highlights
Participation in Sri Lanka Expo 2027 and the BLSBC Economic Forum in Colombo.
Three full days of structured business meetings, B2B engagements and company visits.
Networking with business leaders, investors, policymakers and government institutions.
Exploration of opportunities across ICT, manufacturing, tourism, logistics, agriculture, gems and jewellery, renewable energy and other strategic sectors.
Cultural experiences and an excursion beyond Colombo.
Proposed Participation Packages
Economy Class – €3,250 per person
Business Class – €5,450 per person
Both indicative packages include:
Return international airfare (economy or business class).
Five nights’ accommodation in Colombo and a two-day/one-night excursion outside Colombo.
Airport transfers and scheduled business, dinner and excursion transportation.
Meal allowance, excursion guide and entry fees.
Contingency allowance.
Package estimates are based on 20 delegates sharing transport and are subject to final quotations and availability. Visa, travel insurance and mission organisation fees are excluded. The detailed itinerary, travel dates and final participation arrangements will be confirmed with registered delegates.
